During office hours, all calls are monitored by our "auto attendant". To reach a nurse, please press #5 and leave a message and your call will be returned shortly. Our office nurses have been specially trained in telephone screening techniques. If they are unable to help you, they will talk with the doctors and call you back, or have the doctor call you. During office hours you may call regarding any problem or question about your child's health. If possible place calls about a non-sick child late in the morning or early afternoon when our phones are less busy, and preferable not on Mondays. We reserve the hours of 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and the after-school hours for "sick calls" when there is a possibility that the child will need to be seen.
